Career Stats:
Deminsky finished his St Cloud state career with a 3.39 ERA with a 20-8 record. He amassed 250 strikeouts (school record) and allowed 76 walks in 225.2 innings worked. At the recent 2010 NCAA Central Regional Tournament, Deminsky was named to the All-Tournament team. Deminsky also earned All-Region First Team Honors from Daktronics and ABCA/Rawlings in 2010. Deminsky earned All-Conference status three times during his tenure at SCSU, including All-NSIC honors in 2009 and 2010.
2010: Senior:
Deminsky was (9 - 4) in 17 appearances. In 99.2 innings pitched, he struck out 107 and walked 36 with a 3.16 ERA.
He threw 4 complete games with 2 shutouts. His 107 strikeouts were the 6th highest number in the nation. Opponents batted only .243 for the season. All Conference and All-NSIC selection.
2009: Junior:
Deminsky earned NCBWA All-Region Second Team honors and ABCA/Rawling All-Region Second Team honors in 2009. and was named to the All-NSIC First Team . He was an All-NSIC Academic award winner and NSIC Pitcher of the Week on March 30, 2009 and May 4, 2009. Deminsky set a team record with 88 strikeouts in 2009 and led team with 66.1 innings pitched, posting a 7-1 overall record with a 3.12 ERA . He had 10 strikeouts apiece in games against Bemidji State and Minnesota Crookston and charted a shutout win against arch rival Minnesota State on May 3, which included seven strikeouts. He also played for St. Cloud Riverbats of Northwoods League in summer of 2009. Named a NWL All-Star in 2009.
2008:
Deminsky earned an Honorable Mention to the All-NCC Team, leading the staff in ERA (4.07) and walked just nine in just under 60 innings. He fanned eight or more batters in four of his first six appearances, winning his first career game over Mary on March 5. He allowed three runs or less in six of nine starts
2007: Ridgewater CC
Deminsky attended Ridgewater CC in 2007, leading the team in wins (8), ERA (2.61) and strikeouts (77). He started game one of the NJCAA Division III World Series for the Warriors. And graduated in one year with his AA degree and a 3.5 GPA..
HIGH SCHOOL:
Deminsky was a 2006 All-State pick and Lion’s All Star Game participant.. He was All-Conference in 2005 and 2006 and was named to the St. Cloud Times All-Area Team as a pitcher and outfielder in 2005 and 2006.. He holds Sartell High School records for most wins and strikeouts in a season with nine and 83 respectively.
